Howard Alan Kitay has been fighting for the rights of accident victims in San Diego since 1989. A graduate of University of San Diego School of Law, Mr. Kitay's practice is limited to representing victims of accidents, and families affected by the wrongful death of a loved one.
Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley suburb of Los Angeles, Mr. Kitay attended California State University Northridge. He majored in political science and philosophy, and graduated with honors. After graduation, Mr. Kitay moved to San Diego to attend law school.
After graduating from the prestigious University of San Diego School of Law, Mr. Kitay opened his law practice in San Diego in 1989. Refusing to surrender to the insurance companies, Mr. Kitay has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. He fights relentlessly against those who would deny accident victims a fair recovery. Kimberly K. Job has been helping accident victims since 1981. A graduate of California Western School of Law in San Diego, California, Ms. Job's practice is limited to representing victims of accidents, and families affected by the wrongful death of a loved one.
Ms. Job grew up in Ohio, Hawaii, California and Oregon. She obtained an Associate of Science Degree in Nursing from Central Oregon College in 1981. She later attended National University in San Diego, California, and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. After working as a Registered Nurse from 1981 to 1999, Ms. Job embarked on a second career in law.
After graduating from California Western School of Law in 2001, Ms. Job worked as an attorney and as a Medical-Legal Consultant. Signing on with the Law Offices of Howard Alan Kitay in 2005, Ms. Job now devotes her time and talents exclusively to fighting for the rights of accident victims.

Michael J. Brown has been fighting for the rights of accident victims in San Diego since 1984.
After obtaining a Bachelors Degree in political science from the University of California, San Diego, Mr. Brown attended the prestigious University of San Diego School of Law, graduating in 1984. He has been practicing law in San Diego ever since.
Mr. Brown began his practice at a small firm focusing on personal injury litigation. Michael J. Brown quickly became the office manager and supervisor of the litigation department, starting a long track record of proven results for accident victims.Mr. Brown opened his own law practice in 1990, and has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience to battle the insurance companies.
Mr. Brown is married, has three children and lives in Scripps Ranch. He is actively involved in his children's activities and participates in the Old Pros' Soccer League in Scripps Ranch.
